Kim established Richardson Lawyers
in order to meet a need in the community for quality legal advice at an affordable price and without all the usual legal jargon.
Kim has previously worked as a solicitor in Maitland and as a contracts specialist for a large local company. Since her admission as a solicitor of the
Supreme Court of NSW in 2001, Kim has gained a wide range of experience in general practice and, in particular, in the
areas of Conveyancing and Property Law - both residential and commercial, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates, Debt Recovery and
other business related matters. Kim's open and warm personality together with her professionalism, allows her to develop
an excellent rapport with clients and other members of the profession. Her practical and personal approach assists clients
to achieve timely and successful outcomes to their legal issues. Kim takes much satisfaction from being able to assist clients,
especially clients who are dealing with legal issues and lawyers for the first time, through the legal process in order to
make the process understandable and a little less daunting. |
